Mermen Finally Finished!

This has been such a long time in progress but I have finally finished The Mermen.      From a flat monochrome 1950s travel poster advertising St. Sebastien, to an underwater fantasy world with hidden surprises!!

I found this very different from my usual work and it took a while to get to grips with it.

    • Dear Jane,
Please can you send me an email or private message me, mine bounced back and don’t seem to be able to find your private details.
      Your Adele lady,
      Hilary

        Dear Jane,

I am interested in having another commission done by you. Everybody walks into my home and goes straight to my Adele.

I am wanting the following, and will try to find you the pic.

        1. Size 3 metres by 1.5 metres ( yes you read correctly) 2. Subject- The Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera house and our Harbour. 3. I am wanting it on the blues and greens whites silver gold , not our fireworks nights. 4. Most important of all, I would like it very quirky with as many toys and unusual objects as possible. ( not predominantly buttons as my Adele was) 5. I would like to pay you as we go along, like we did Adele and I don’t care if this takes up to 2 years to make. 6. Please can you give me the price and whether you can do this? 7. Again I want to see it as you go along, and again I do not want it unveiled until I have it in my home.

Are you up for this huge task?

        Love Hilary
